Kolby's Birthday

My nephew Kolby had his first birthday party this weekend. He has gotten so big! We are lucky that we live so close now that we can attend all the big events. He is such a sweet boy and as you can see he loved his birthday cake.

My dad took us out on the boat Saturday moring to do some water skiing. The water was so cold that there was no way I was getting in. I did get a picture of Shane and Dad when they hit the water...priceless!

Bikes and Salsa

Every Sunday we got to Bobby's Grandparents for dinner. They always load us up with TONS of veggies from their garden. Tom (Bobby's grandpa) used to be a farmer so he has this huge amazing garden. Well we never quite know what to do with all those veggies so lately we have been making and canning salsa. It's a lot of fun and Bobby is the salsa king.

We went biking on the Jordan River Parkway on Friday. I loaded the bikes and put on the rack all by myself... Bobby was impressed. We started at 126th and thought it would take us all the way to Thanksgiving Point but it stopped before that. We did get to see some deer.

Loving Lost

So Bobby and I started watching the first season of Lost on Netflix last weekend and are SO hooked. It's so much fun to curl up on the couch with him and try to figure out what the heck is going on!

Jumping on the Bandwagon

It's true... I am officially blogging. I am excited to see what everyone is up to! I will be sure to keep everyone filled in on all of the adventures Bobby and I are having.
