17 Weeks

We had our 17 week appointment today.  We are so happy because everything looks great.  We heard a healthy heartbeat and everything measured normal.  We got to schedule our ultrasound for next time.  Yay! We can't wait for April 21st!  I am supposed to start feeling the baby move between weeks 18 and 20.  I don't really know what I am feeling for so wish me luck on that one.  I am feeling very large but our Dr. said I am still pretty small.  I couldn't believe that one.   I guess I just have getting HUGE to look forward to.

PS. I broke my camera AGAIN... 

It's Raining... I Mean Leaking

At around 4:00am this morning our dogs started barking and would not shut up.  Finally I asked Bobby to get up and make sure there wasn't a burglar in our house or something.  He got up and open the bathroom door to find a huge puddle of water on the floor.  We got up to investigate and found water all over the place.  Our laundry room had a good 1/2 inch of water on the floor and the hallway had leaks all over the place.  We thought a pipe must have burst because water was just running in.  Right about then the fire alarms went off because they were filled with water. Our downstairs neighbor came up to see where the water was coming from.  Apparently something went wrong with the upstairs neighbors washing machine.  Needless to say our apartment is soaked!  So right now we are waiting for the people who come and suck all of the water out of our apartment!

We Love Sunny Days

Sunday was such a fun day. The sun was shining and the weather was so warm. We had a great time playing outside with our puppies. Lily and Dexter love to go to Fumi's because of her huge yard. They get to run and play without being on leashes. After dinner we went walking at Jordan River Parkway. It felt so nice to be outside. I can't wait for more warm weather. Pregnancy update: I have been feeling much better! My morning sickness has all but gone away. We have our next Dr. appointment next week but don't find out the gender until the end of April. I am getting a little anxious to know who is in there. I am definitely showing at this point but I don't think I have felt the baby move yet. I think that will be exciting and a little freaky. Everyone is doing great.

Hospital

My dad and I went to see Grandma Brady in the hospital today.  She had another fall and broke her hip AGAIN!  She had another surgery and is doing really well.  We spent the day with Dell, Aron & Joy, and Grandpa.  Those Brady boys are characters and gave the nurses a hard time.  I did get to play a little Wii with my grandmas room mate.  It was nice to see everyone even under not so fun circumstances.

My niece Kaylee is so much fun.  Last time we were there we played easy bake oven and she did my nails.  She is quite the little girl.  When we were about half way done she says "I think you need tips this time" and proceeded to paint the top half of my nails a darker pink.  She really is quite talented and entertaining.
