Babymoon to Jackson Hole

This weekend Bobby and I went on our babymoon to Jackson Hole, WY.  In case you are wondering what a babymoon is, it was our last chance to get away with just the two of us before the baby comes.  We are now officially in our 3rd trimester and have to stick around.  This weekend was now or never.  Fumi and Tom watched our dogs for the weekend so we were able to get away.  We had such an amazing time.  We drove in Bobby's new car which we love!
His car is a silver Volvo S60 (just like Edward Cullen!)

We stayed at the Wort Hotel right in the heart of Jackson Hole!  We loved our room.  It had the most comfortable bed and it came with chocolates (a big bonus in my book).  Jackson Hole is so cute with wooden sidewalks and cute little shops.  We got to have breakfast in little outdoor cafes.

We had  a great time walking around downtown Jackson and loved to browse the cute little shops.  There was so much to do we wish we could have stayed a couple more days.

Saturday we went hiking up at Jenny Lake in the Grand Teton National Park.  It was about a 6 mile hike roundtrip to Hidden Falls.  It wasn't very strenuous but we still got some weird looks being pregnant and hiking.  Bobby was very protective and made me drink about a gallon of water and stop for rests probably more than necessary.  Nothing makes me feel better than hiking in the mountains with Bobby.  We had sunshine the whole hike.

We also drove to Yellowstone and got to see Old Faithful.  The weather was a little chilly so we couldn't really tell where the water ended and the steam started.  It was so fun to see such a famous attraction.

We had such a great time it was so hard to come home.  There is nothing better than spending quality time with my husband.  It was so nice to get away even if it was just for the weekend.  I am so lucky to have such a great husband who is so good to me.  We are so excited to bring baby Tate with us next time!

Nursery Update

I can't help it... I am so excited about planning baby Tate's nursery. Our bedding came in yesterday and we had a great time setting it up to see what it will look like. Do you think the black crib and brown bedding work? My parents got us an AWESOME glider that I absolutely love. I am sure it will get plenty of use. I tried to practice my rocking technique on Dexter but he wasn't really cooperating. I am excited to pick out a color to paint his room (right now we are thinking green) and for all of the little details. Here are a few pictures of what we have going on so far.

Our glider- Thanks Mom & Dad!

7 Brides (But Only 1 That Matters)

My little sister Breanna was in the play 7 Brides for 7 Brothers in WY. She did a great job and it was so fun to see her perform. She was really funny and had a great fight scene. Kolten and Kaylee were in the play too and also did a great job. here are a few pics from her big night.
