At around 4:00am this morning our dogs started barking and would not shut up. Finally I asked Bobby to get up and make sure there wasn't a burglar in our house or something. He got up and open the bathroom door to find a huge puddle of water on the floor. We got up to investigate and found water all over the place. Our laundry room had a good 1/2 inch of water on the floor and the hallway had leaks all over the place. We thought a pipe must have burst because water was just running in. Right about then the fire alarms went off because they were filled with water. Our downstairs neighbor came up to see where the water was coming from. Apparently something went wrong with the upstairs neighbors washing machine. Needless to say our apartment is soaked! So right now we are waiting for the people who come and suck all of the water out of our apartment!

That is sure bad news! Your dogs are very smart to know something was not right - don't you think? Hope nothing important got ruined, if so - sue for damages and get new stuff. :) I know a good attorney. wink.
You said you were wanting your carpets cleaned! Just spray some carpet cleaner on it and wait for the cleaner man to do all of the work:)
That is such a bummer!!! Good thing you are moving into a BRAND NEW place soon. YAY!!!!
